Not long ago I picked up the X/X-2 remaster. I started playing it recently and I love it. Brings back memories for me. FFX was the game that introduced me to the FF series! :)I'm aiming for 100% completion and already know that is going to be a challenge, but since it was my first FF game I'm willing to try!
I need to play through X again. I picked up X-2 after it came out but I quickly put it down... I think I got overwhelmed by how different it was from X especially since you start with your permanent party. But I want to give it another try someday.
You know, I actually bought a PS3 just for the X1 and X2 remake but never got around to playing it.
Final Fantasy X is probably one of my all time favorites though when it comes to story driven RPGs.
I actually played through and beat Final Fantasy X twice and of course completed X2 with a good ending. I watched a YouTube for the best as it got pretty silly for all the stuff you had to do at the right time just for the "perfect" ending.
Story wise, Final Fantasy X was superior, but I was a huge fan of the Final Fantasy X2 battle system as it provided a more realistic battle pace and the dress change system was done well.
However, regarding playing the remake of Final Fantasy X ...I am not sure I can take Seymour again lol.
I pre-ordered the LE version for PS3 when they announced the HD remastered port.
And now I even have the PS4 version cause it came bundled with a bunch of games I got when I bought my PS4 from a friend.
